1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DeployKar ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Purpose and Architecture

DeployKar is an open-architecture, client-side publisher tool that facilitates direct communication between your personal device and third-party hosting APIs (Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages) and AI inference services (Cloudflare Workers AI). DeployKar provides no hosting servers or backend data repositories of its own.

3. User Responsibilities & Content

You are solely responsible for:

All HTML code, scripts, images, and content published through your connected accounts.
Compliance with the Terms of Service and acceptable use policies of Cloudflare, Inc. and GitHub, Inc.
Securing your credentials and API tokens. Do not embed private credentials or secrets in public web pages.

4. Third-Party Services

DeployKar integrates directly with Cloudflare and GitHub APIs. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms, quotas, and service agreements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall DeployKar authors or contributors be liable for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the software.
